Accordingly, the contents include: training, knowledge dissemination, transfer of technical advances to participants, market assessment, market development plans; value chain management, etc.

Subjects of application under this resolution are agencies, enterprises, cooperatives, cooperative groups, community groups, individuals and households participating in the projects.
