The interdisciplinary inspection team examines pharmacy practice in the city.

According to a report of the Department of Health, the province currently has 487 private pharmaceutical establishments, of which there are 329 drugstores, 147 pharmacies, 5 retail pharmacies, 6 wholesalers of drugs, herbal ingredients and traditional medicine.

Over the past time, the Department of Health has issued a plan to direct the public and private health systems to review and take measures to ensure the quantity and quality of drugs; coordinate with functional agencies in inspecting and guiding medical examination and treatment establishments to well control the quality of inputs of drugs; set up and publicize hotlines to receive feedback from organizations and individuals about counterfeit drugs and unknown origin medicine, etc.

The Health sector has also actively coordinated with functional sectors to organize inter-sectoral inspection sessions, and irregular inspections of pharmaceutical business establishments in the area.

Along with the health sector, other functional forces such as the police and market management also actively participated, implementing professional measures to manage the quality of drugs sold on the market.

With the drastic actions of all levels and functional branches, awareness and sense of law observance of organizations and individuals trading in drugs, pharmaceuticals and medical supplies in the locality have been increasingly enhanced. Thereby contributing to the good implementation of people's health care.
