Specifically, units proactively submit documents requesting the Golden Heart Fund to support union members and workers affected by storm No. 3 (according to the Fund's regulations) for the following subjects: Union members and workers who died due to the storm's impact: VND10 million/dead person.

Union members and workers who were seriously injured and had to be hospitalized for treatment, support from 1 to 5 million VND/person.

For localities and sectors directly affected by storm No. 3, based on the level of property damage (roofs blown off, floods swept away, landslides, damaged houses that need immediate repair, etc.), promptly support union members and workers to overcome the consequences and stabilize their lives. The support level is from VND1 million to VND3 million/case, from the accumulated financial resources for regular expenditure.

For localities and sectors that cannot balance the resources, a document will be sent to the General Confederation requesting support based on reality.

Support for union members and workers is guaranteed in the spirit of "leaving no one behind".
