From this natural disaster, many beautiful actions, many brave examples, and hearts of sharing have shown that Vietnamese people love and care for each other, true to the tradition of "loving others as you love yourself".

More than ever, in the midst of floods, people have joined hands and tightened solidarity to overcome difficulties. Compassion and solidarity have been multiplied through many volunteer groups that have traveled thousands of miles to people in flooded areas to support the supply of necessities, food, and provisions, as well as helping people in flooded areas overcome the consequences caused by storms and floods.

The tradition of sharing, helping each other, and the solidarity of compatriots is also demonstrated by the fact that right after the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front called for support for compatriots affected by storm No. 3, many provinces, cities, units, businesses, organizations, and individuals donated large sums of money.

It can be seen that in the most dangerous and difficult times, the solidarity of compatriots is always aroused and spread strongly. The actions with profound humane meaning of individuals, organizations, groups, businesses, and many kind hearts have become and are becoming a wave spreading widely throughout the country.

The above noble gestures once again clearly demonstrate the spirit of community solidarity, the tradition of mutual love, sharing food and clothes, "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves" - the beauty and strength of the entire Vietnamese nation through thousands of years of history. The spirit of solidarity and humanity is always the most solid support, not only contributing to sharing but also adding motivation and strength to overcome difficulties, storms and floods together, and quickly stabilize life.
