With many benefits: Reduce time and travel costs, increase publicity and transparency of administrative procedures, transactions 24 hours out of 24 hours a day anywhere with internet connection. Online public service is being supported by all levels, branches and localities for people to implement.
According to the report of the Provincial People's Committee, up to now, Tuyen Quang has provided 1,876 public administrative services on the Information System to handle administrative procedures to serve people and businesses.
Through the assessment in 2022, the percentage of online public services at level 3 and 4 in 2022 with online filings reached 76%, 2.17 times higher than the same period in 2021; online processing rate was 27%, up 1.8% over the same period in 2021.
Bringing online public services closer to the people requires long-term efforts of local authorities. The province's efforts in communicating and supporting people will contribute to the completion of the goal of promoting administrative procedure reform, improving the business investment environment and promoting socio-economic development.
