The self-management model consists of 8 members, led by the secretary of the cell, the head of the village; comrades of public security as deputy team; heads of the Front's working committees and heads of branches and branches as members.
The self-management groups are responsible for handling security and order issues in residential areas. The members have the task of communicating and helping the people to well implement the provisions of the law in fighting and denouncing crimes; well perform the work of environmental sanitation, fire prevention and new rural construction.
The new model has come into operation but has been highly appreciated in ensuring security and order at the locality.
