At the festival, the Central Youth Union awarded 20 scholarships, 20 gifts to students with difficult circumstances and 2 bookcases for Phu luong primary school and Phu Luong secondary school. The Provincial Standing Committee donated 2 houses for union members of Son Duong district; Provincial Police Youth Union presented 10 bicycles to students; Son Duong district union awarded 2 houses, Nam Cau Kien Company (Hai Phong) supported 120 sets of student desks and chairs. The total funding is more than VND600 million.

After the launching ceremony, delegates and union members participated in activities such as drawing on the wall in the campus of Phu Luong kindergarten, inaugurating the playground for children, planting 1,000 acacia trees in Gia Cat hamlet (Phu Luong commune), etc.
