In 2022, the province created new jobs for nearly 30,000 for workers, reaching 116% of the plan. In the first two months of 2023, the province has created for nearly 4,000 workers, reaching 17,5% of the plan, of which 60% are laborers in the province.

The Director of the Employment Service Centre Nguyen Duc Chinh said that since the beginning of the year, the centre has cooperated with businesses both inside and outside the province to introduce nearly 20,0000 job opportunities for local people and opened 4 job sessions in the communes with the target of reaching the new-style rural area standards.

Every year, Tuyen Quang Vocational College of Engineering and Technology coordinates with industrial zones and enterprises to train and support jobs for more than 10,000 workers.

The job creation for workers has contributed in reducing unemployment rate, increasing income for people. In the coming time, the province must promote the job introduction activities, especially in the remote areas; improve the quality of vocational training; create favourable conditions for reputable businesses to recruit local workers.
