Ly Son - Pearl of the East Sea

TQO - Ly Son is a small island located 15 nautical miles east of the coast of Quang Ngai. This island has a long history and plays an important role in protecting Vietnam's sovereignty over the sea and islands.

The island used to be the base of the Hoang Sa team, which controlled Bac Hai under the Nguyen Lords and King Gia Long.
