Thao A Di  translating Kinh language into H'mong language for the H'mong ethnic group to select suitable candidates.

Thao A Di was born in 1988. He has been working as Head of the Front Committee of Un Village for more than 6 years. He always reminds himself to try his best every day.

Recently, Un Village registered to make more than 500 meters of concrete road, but the road surface is not wide enough, it cannot be supported cement under the concrete road construction programme of the province. Therefore, Di and the head of village, the Party cell secretary mobilised local people to donate land to expand the road from the village to their production areas.

In addition, Di also propagated to households which has more stable economy but don't want to escape poverty. By sharing from the his heart along with his encouragement, gradually Di has changed local people's thoughts. Many households have voluntarily escaped poverty to give way to households with more difficult circumstances.

Just finished 5th grade, but Thao A Di is the most knowledgeable person compared to his friends. Di likes reading many newspapers and documents of the commune, districts and province to understand the guidelines and policies of the Party and State. In the election of deputies to the 15th NA and all-level People's Councils for the 2021-2026 term, he translated Kinh language into H'mong language for the H'mong ethnic group to select suitable candidates.
