The DT 185 road through Thuong Lam Commune has just been completed and upgraded, contributing to facilitating tourism development.

In 2018, thanks to the local budget and other legal capital sources, the road connecting Lang Can Commune with Xuan Lap Commune was built. It was completed in 2020 at a total cost of more than VND105 billion.

In 2019, the DT 188 road from the centre of Phuc Yen Commune to Ngoc Minh Commune in Vi Xuyen District (Ha Giang Province) was constructed with a total investment of over VND43 billion.  The paved road was widened by more than 5.5 metres. The locals donated a total of more than 53,000 metres square of land to serve the expansion of the road.

The district has received an investment of more than VND6 billion from the provincial budget to upgrade the over 3km stretch from Na Tong Hamlet to the wharf in Thuong Lam Commune.

Since 2019, Lam Binh District has implemented more than 20 traffic works, gradually meeting the requirements of socio-economic development as well as improving local people's lives.
