Steamed duck dish.
To make the dish, the cook should select a fat duck which is not too old. You can use a little alcohol mixed ginger to rub evenly on the duck skin, then wash into clean water again.
Next, the dish features duck that is marinated with ginger, lemongrass, chili, garlic, minced onion, seasoning, pepper, sugar, and soy sauce for 20 minutes, and then placed in a pot to steam. It takes about 30-45 minutes to have a nutritious steamed duck dish.
It is common to serve steamed duck with soy sauce or salt and pepper. Indeed, this combination definitely whets appetite of anyone.
