Currently, the province has completed the disbursement of support packages worth over VND42 billion to total 28,136 local revolutionary contributors, their relatives and social beneficiaries. These are two groups of subjects that are prioritised for disbursement.

Local poor household and near-poverty households are the next groups to be implemented under the support decision. As of June 15, 2020, over 41,900 poor and near-poverty households have received financial assistance of over VND126 billion, reaching nearly 80% of the plan.

Nhan Ly Commune, Chiem Hoa District, has 70 poor households and 176 near-poor households with 976 people who were supported with a total of VND732 million. The communal authorities have sent a supervising unit to ensure the financial support were provided to the right people, with the motto of creating the most favourable conditions for them.

To date, Na Hang District has finished the support worth nearly VND2.4 billion for 1,585 revolutionary contributors and social beneficiaries. For local poor and near-poor households, the district’s authorities have proposed to support 5,287 households with total amount of more than VND17.7 billion.

The whole province is urgently completing the disbursement of financial support for local poor and near-poor households to help them overcome their immediate difficulties.
