The leaders and organizations of Minh Xuan ward (Tuyen Quang city) presented gifts to encourage the new recruits to join the army.

In the first days of the new spring, along with the bustling atmosphere of emulation in labor production, in many localities in Tuyen Quang province, Party committees at all levels, authorities, the Fatherland Front and political and social organizations have organized many meaningful activities to prepare for the military enlistment day in 2025.

This year, the whole Tuyen Quang province was assigned the target of sending 1,388 new recruits to join the military and police service.

Of these, 1,150 new recruits joined the military service and 238 new recruits joined the police service. In addition, the Military Service Councils of districts and cities issued a call-up order for 79 reserve recruits.

According to the assessment of the Military Service Councils of districts and cities, the quality of this year's recruitment is higher than last year in all three criteria: health, cultural level, and political quality.

In particular, the number of young people of volunteer age who wrote letters of volunteering to join the army is increasing, showing the sense of responsibility to the Fatherland and the desire to contribute of the youth is increasing.

In order to encourage new recruits to join the army, before the military enlistment day, Party committees at all levels, authorities, Fatherland Front Committees and socio-political organizations of localities visited each family to meet, visit, and give gifts to encourage new recruits. Tuyen Quang City Youth Union organized a Cultural Night - Campfire with the theme "Advancing under the Military Flag" to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere, arouse love for the homeland, and encourage the spirit of new recruits to join the army to strive to excellently complete their tasks.

At this time, the young men who have been selected to perform military service in 2025 have received their orders. The drumbeat of the military service is about to resound across the country, and the young men with a strong mentality are ready for the military service day.
