Meeting the need for cultural enjoyment

TQO - Cultural works are very important, being places to organize cultural activities and activities of all classes of people. Over the past year, the cultural sector has tried to build and perfect the system of cultural houses, libraries, museums, etc., which partly meet the cultural and spiritual needs of the people.

However, if we consider the need for enjoyment, many cultural and sports institutions are still lacking.

According to the planning, essential infrastructure works serving the cultural and sports needs of the people have been given priority for land. However, due to many reasons, attracting investment is still difficult.

For many years, the organization of cultural and sports events in the province has mainly focused on the Square area. In the long term, when the province is focusing on developing the cultural industry, the minimum requirement to attract and organize events is to ensure infrastructure.

In many localities, their approach is to attract investment from the private sector to build projects such as: Cinemas, clubs, entertainment areas. This is also an experience for the province, both to complete cultural and sports institutions, to save the budget and still meet the cultural enjoyment needs of the people.
