To effectively eliminate temporary and leaky houses and achieve the set plan, the Party Committee has led the People's Committee, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations of the commune to coordinate with the Party cell secretary, village chief, head of the Front's working committee, and heads of village mass organizations to actively review and mobilize resources from the Fund for the Poor, socialized capital contributed by businesses, organizations, and individuals to help households with housing difficulties.

Comrade Le Thanh Tam, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Doi Binh Commune, said that the People's Committee of the commune has reviewed and assigned cadres and civil servants in charge of the villages to directly go to the field to grasp the situation, carefully assess to ensure publicity, fairness, and correct beneficiaries. During the implementation process, the People's Committee of the commune has assigned cadres to regularly supervise, ensuring that the project meets the set criteria.

Since 2022, the commune has built and repaired 44 houses with a total cost of nearly VND3 billion, supported by the "For the Poor" Fund, agencies, departments, branches of the district, enterprises inside and outside the district and relatives, over 850 working days. In 2024, the commune repaired and built 10 new houses for poor and near-poor households. The housing support policy for the poor has motivated poor households to overcome difficulties, contributing to reducing the poverty rate in 2024 to 5.2%.

Right from the first days of the year of At Ty 2025, the Party Committee, the People's Committee and the socio-political organizations of the commune have focused on implementing the review and identification of needs and subjects to continue to develop a plan to support the repair and renovation of 6 houses for poor and near-poor households in 2025. With the attention of the Party, the State, local Party committees and authorities, and the spirit of mutual love, the new, spacious and warm houses are adding motivation for the people of Doi Binh commune (Yen Son) to build a more decent life.
