Ly Van Sinh in Minh Tien Hamlet, Minh Huong Commune is supported cows by local authorities for develop economy, helping escape the poverty.

The H'mong people in Minh Huong are most concentrated in Minh Tien Hamlet with a total of 265 households. Since 2021, in order to support the Mong people to stabilise their lives, the Party committees and authorities of Ham Yen District and Minh Huong Commune have focused on helping the H'mong people to build houses and develop economy.

Minh Huong Commune strives by the end of 2023, no longer Hmong households have to live in temporary houses and the locality will reduce 50% of the H'mong poverty rate.

The commune has also set a goal to concretise 100% of rural roads by 2023. In addition, the local authorities of Minh Huong Commune will focus on supporting the H'mong people to access preferential loans, science and technology to develop production.
