TQO - The quality of commune-level officials and civil servants in Tuyen Quang province is increasingly uniform, promoting the effectiveness of public service performance at the grassroots level.

According to the assessment of the Department of Home Affairs, by the end of 2023, the total number of commune-level officials and civil servants in the province is 2,701 people, including 1,415 officials; 1,286 civil servants.

The team of officials and civil servants with intermediate degrees is 185 people, accounting for 6.85%; College: 63 people, accounting for 2.33%; 2,408 people in university, accounting for 89.15%; 40 people after graduate school, accounting for 1.48%.

Only a small number of civil servants have elementary degrees, accounting for 0.19%.

The total number of people working part-time at the commune level is 1,167/1,380 people, arranged in accordance with regulations, of which 213 people are arranged part-time.

The Department of Home Affairs has advised the Provincial People's Committee to promulgate regulations on recruitment, ensuring elements of standards, objectivity, transparency as well as building training plans for staff and workers. commune-level positions for each year, etc.
