In 2013, Ngo Thi Cuc in Trung Hoa Commune (Chiem Hoa) graduated from Tuyen Quang Pedagogical College. With the desire "youth is dedication", she applied for a job in the highland district of Lam Binh. Hong Quang Kindergarten in Hong Quang Commune is the school she has been attached to since the first days of graduation. It's been almost 10 years now.

“The first day I got a job, I was assigned to the farthest school site, which is the school in Thuong Minh Hamlet. At that time, the road was not as convenient as it is now. The school site is 10 km from the centre, so sometimes it takes me 1 hour to arrive. On rainy days, half the wheel is flooded with mud. When I got to school, my clothes were covered in mud because of slipping and falling," she shared.

Like many young teachers far from home, Cuc could not remember how many times she cried. She did not even remember how long the thought of giving up on sowing words on highland has returned to her mind.

The school site is located on a high slope, the spacious classrooms seem to open a bright new future for both the teachers and the children in the highlands.
