Increasing total investment in Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho expressway project.

Investment project to construct Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho expressway connecting with Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway (Project) has been approved by the Prime Minister with investment policy in Decision No.1768, Decision No.2275 and Decision No.426.

Decision No.586 combines phase 1 and phase 2 to invest in completing the entire project in 2023, in which:

- Implementation period: 2021-2023

- Total investment: Increasing the total project investment to VND3,753 VND.

- Investment capital: Central budget capital is VND2,900 billion (including: VND500 billion in the 2016-2020 period; and VND2,400 billion in the 2021-2025 period, of which the expected increase in central budget revenue in 2022 is VND800 billion) and local budget capital is VND853 billion.
