The project of My Lam - Tuyen Quang resort urban area will be built with many modern and environmentally friendly subdivisions.

The project has a scale of 540.25 hectares, in which, changing the forest use purpose according to the provisions of the forestry law for 155,633 hectares of planted production forest for implementation. The project implementation location is My Bang commune (Yen Son) and Kim Phu commune, My Lam ward (Tuyen Quang city).

The purpose of the project is to build a model and diversified ecological urban area combining resort and service with modern and synchronous development orientation, exploiting natural green landscape elements; creating a breakthrough in socio-economic development and driving force for the development of Tuyen Quang city and surrounding areas.

The project's investment capital is over VND17 trillion (excluding compensation and resettlement costs).
