The Organizing Committee received 1,933 photos by 294 authors from the provinces of Cao Bang, Bac Giang, Bac Kan, Dien Bien, Ha Giang, Hoa Binh, Lai Chau, Lao Cai, Lang Son, Phu Tho, Son La, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Vinh Phuc, and Yen Bai.

The juries who are famous photographers will 161 excellent works of 94 artists participating in the exhibition.

Tuyen Quang province has 8 authors with 11 works, of which 4 are members of the Provincial Association of Literature and Arts.

The works that won the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals, are encouraged to be considered for the title and participate in the annual Outstanding Photography Award. The winning works and exhibitions are considered for creative support according to the regulations of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists. For authors who are not yet members of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists, each award-winning work or exhibition is counted point for membership consideration.
