Tuan Beo pork roll establishment is currently located in Dang Chau street, Son Duong town (Son Duong).
Ingredients to make this famous dish include lean pork, a little bit of lard, fish sauce, salt, and pepper.
First, the meat and lard are cut into thin and small pieces.
Then, put it into a blender and puree during 5 minutes.
Next, add fish sauce, salt and pepper and grind more evenly.
Finally, the ground meat is wrapped in banana leaves and put in a steamer at a temperature of 100 degrees Celsius to cook.
In 2020, Tuan Beo pork roll product was recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as a 3-star OCOP product.
With the price of VND170,000 per kg, the facility earns about VND10 million per month in revenue.
