Su Anh Agricultural Production Service Cooperative produces tea to ensure food safety, meeting the increasing demands of consumers.
Up to now, the whole province has 3,000 hectares of crops that have been applied and produced according to VietGAP, VietGAHP, organic standards; 10 aquaculture facilities are recognized as VietGAP standards, 5 facilities have been certified according to international standards, 191 products have met the set of product criteria under the National Program One Commune One Product (OCOP). Localities in the province have built and developed 28 models of safe agricultural, forestry and aquatic food supply chains.
Tuyen Quang province has set a target that by the end of 2023, 90% of agricultural, forestry and fishery production and business establishments will be rated A, B; 85% of small establishments have signed a commitment to produce safe food, the proportion of samples of agricultural, forestry and fishery foods that are monitored for violations of food safety regulations will decrease by 10% compared to 2022; the area of cultivation, aquaculture area, the number of livestock establishments certified organic, VietGAP or equivalent increased by 10% compared to 2022; the percentage of establishments preliminarily processing and processing agro-forestry-fishery foods certified to HACCP, ISO 22000 or equivalent increases by 10% compared to 2022, etc.
In the coming time, the province will continue to implement policies to create conditions for people and businesses to produce and trade in safe agricultural, forestry and fishery products, contributing to a positive change in the work of ensuring food safety in agriculture, improving the quality and competitiveness of agricultural, forestry and fishery products in the province.
