The Department of Construction organized the establishment of a number of planning projects for the construction of social housing and workers' housing in the province until 2025, including 3 planning locations in Group 3, Y La ward; Km11, Tuyen Quang - Hanoi road; Village 13, Doi Can ward (Tuyen Quang city) with a total planning area of ​​28.9 hectares and a number of commercial housing projects that must reserve 20% of the land fund to build social housing, which is 10.1 hectares. It is expected to provide about 700 social housing units for low-income people and industrial park workers in the province.

Developing social housing and worker housing is one of the important contents of the socio-economic development policy, contributing to political stability and ensuring social security.
