The correct and complete implementation of salary, bonus and full insurance payment for employees is the responsibility of each unit and enterprise, helping employees feel secure in their work.
According to the report of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs on the labor and salary situation in 2024, the average income of employees at enterprises in the province is reported to reach over VND6.7 million per person per month.
In which, the LLC with 100% charter capital held by the State is VND8,943,000 per person per month; Companies with shares and capital contributions controlled by the State under local management are VND8,244,000 per person per month; private enterprises are VND7,208,000 per person per month; foreign-invested enterprises are VND6,089,000 per person per month.
Along with that, the 2025 New Year bonus at enterprises with reports is VND752,000 per person; the 2025 Lunar New Year bonus is over VND3,590,000 per person.
Thus, compared to the previous year, the average salary of employees has also increased compared to the previous year. This shows that the quality of life of employees in the province is also increasingly improved.
Through activities to care for union members and workers during Tet, all levels, sectors and units have created motivation and encouraged union members and workers to work with a high sense of responsibility and efficiency, improving labor productivity, product quality, solidarity and unity to build agencies, units and businesses to develop more and more sustainably.
