Changing the structure of crops and livestock is like a "new breeze" that changes the lives of Mong Na Cao people. Previously, the whole village had 50 poor households, now the rate of poor households has decreased, and some well-off households have appeared.

The movement of raising buffalo, cows and black pigs is the main economic development direction of the people. Recently some households are starting to experiment with Bat Do bamboo to get bamboo shoots.

Na Cao village today is the village with the most changes in the commune. Every year the village has achieved "Cultural residential area", over 90% of households have achieved cultural family status, etc.

The village has 8 hectares of arable land, but only 1 hectare can grow second-crop rice. In order to take advantage of the remaining area, people have focused on growing corn or other vegetables. Thanks to that, people's lives in the village have gradually improved.

Although far from the commune center, Na Cao people always promote the spirit of solidarity, and security and order in the area are guaranteed.

In addition to mobilizing people to increase production, village officials also explore new directions in labor export, change crop structure, help create jobs and increase income for people.
