Go Gianh and Song Linh hamlets in Luong Vuong Commune, Tuyen Quang City have a total of 143 households, of which 133 are Cao Lan people. People live mainly on agriculture, life is still difficult. In the past, many roads in the village still do not have electric lighting system.

Implementing Resolution No. 30 of the XXI City People's Council on support for lighting installations, Go Gianh and Song Linh were supported by the State to install lighting electricity for roads with a total length of 2,250 m, with 50 electric poles.

Being supported by the State with electric poles, light bulbs, and connecting wires, people in Go Gianh and Song Linh are all excited and happy. However, in order to complete the lighting system, it is necessary to join hands and contribute efforts of the local people. Through calculations, to complete the lighting system, people need to contribute more than VND100 million.

The rural road lighting project has changed the appearance of the countryside in Luong Vuong Commune. The project not only beautifies village roads but also contributes to ensuring security, order and traffic safety. This is the premise for Luong Vuong to complete the criteria of newly-advanced rural areas and achieve advanced new-rural communes.
