“I have a hometown friend named Pham Van Tuyen. He has a home-made furniture factory. In 2012, after I graduated Hanoi University of Industry, Tuyen suggested me coming back to my country to start up.”, Tuan said.
Before 2015, Tuyen's carpentry store only developed handmade wooden furniture. In order to "revive" his friend's store, Tuan discussed with Tuyen the idea of applying modern electronic equipment and machinery in woodworking and was approved by his friend.

Supported VND100 million as capital by his parents, Tuan and his friend invested in machinery and equipment to create a "revolution" for the carpentry store. In 2015, the first CNC (Computer Numerical Control) cutting machine was applied in his friend's workshop and gradually produced a variety of wood products.
“After 7 years of developing a carpentry workshop, I have more than a dozen types of CNC machines such as: CNC flat chisel, CNC lathe, CNC statue chisel, and CNC wood saw with an investment cost of nearly VND10 billion. These machines have basically met the customer's needs.", he shared.
To design a 3D product and write a program for the machine, it takes Tuan about 2-5 days. Since the production of wood by machine, the carpentry store has hundreds of orders, revenue of more than VND1 billion per year. The store creates jobs for 4-5 main workers, with a monthly income of VND6million - VND10 million per person.

Currently, the products in the store include Statue of Uncle Ho, statue of Tran Quoc Tuan, statue of General Vo Nguyen Giap, statue of Buddha, tiger, wooden paintings, etc. These products are sold directly on social networks and Shopee e-commerce market.
With the goal of introducing products to the market both inside and outside the province, Tuan is continuing to promote online sales to find markets, potential customers, and find partners to develop together.
Recently, in a program to introduce and promote OCOP products of the province, his products appeared in the OCOP product booth at the city's pedestrian street in order introduce to tourists.
