Right from the beginning of 2023, the Provincial People's Committee has included 100 cases of citizen complaints to focus on resolving them completely.
The Provincial People's Committee has focused on directing citizen reception activities, resolving complaints and denunciations in the electronic environment, to reduce time and costs for local people.
Currently, the Provincial Inspectorate has received and returned the results of the complaint handling procedures on the National Public Service Portal and the Provincial Public Service Portal.
Since 2022, the Provincial People's Committee has included criteria for resolving complaints and denunciations in the criteria for evaluating, scoring, and classifying agencies and units. Therefore, the leader's responsibility in receiving citizens and resolving complaints and denunciations has been increased.
The changes in receiving citizens has been shown that the Party Committee and authorities in the province are making efforts to work for the People.
