The implementation of support follows the principle of the state providing partial direct support and lending capital to build new or repair houses at preferential interest rates, the community helps, and households organize their own house construction.

During the implementation process, the Party Committee, authorities, Fatherland Front, political and social organizations at all levels in the province have done well the work of socialization and mobilized all resources to build housing for poor households.

New houses completed from socialized contributions from organizations, individuals, and businesses have created motivation for poor households to escape poverty. Households have a stable life, which is an important factor for socio-economic development and maintaining national defense and security stability in the province over the past time.
