A new road of Kim Quan Commune (Yen Son).

Kim Quan is the first commune of safe zones to reach the new rural-style area. The commune's per capita income is more than VND40 million per person per year. Rural infrastructure is becoming more and more complete with 100% of concreted roads. Irrigation systems meet the needs of agricultural and forestry production development. 100% of schools in the area meet national standards; 7 out of 7 villages all have spacious culture houses.

In recent years, thanks to the attention of provincial and district leaders, Hung Loi Commune has been invested in many infrastructure projects in the commune such as bridges, roads, schools and supporting production development. In 2023, the commune will complete 2 more bridges to meet the need of local people.

Dao Vien Commune is also one of the communes in the safe regions that is gradually developing towards the goal of building a new-style rural area. Secretary of the Party Committee of Dao Vien Commune Nguyen Dinh Tu affirmed that the commune is making comprehensive efforts to make a breakthrough in the economy and society. The commune focuses on economic development and poverty reduction to build a new life and a sustainable new countryside.
