Ha Van Quy in Dinh Chung Hamlet, Phuc Ung Commune (Son Duong) started his career as a motorcycle repairman after demobilizing from the army.
According to Director of the Provincial Employment Service Center Nguyen Duc Chinh, in recent years, the Center has increased the organization of job sessions in many forms to support young demobilized soldiers.
Before the Lunar New Year 2023, the Center coordinated with the Military Command of Tuyen Quang City, Regiment 148 (Military zone 2) to organize consultancy and introduce jobs for nearly 700 demobilized soldiers. In addition, businesses and vocational schools introduce and recruit many positions such as: sales staff, marketing, garment workers, security guards, etc.
Implementing the policy of the army's rear, all levels, agencies and localities also oriented businesses in the area giving priority to recruit skilled demobilized soldiers and support to borrow preferential capital for local economic development.
In the coming time, in order to further strengthen the job creation for demobilized soldiers, localities in Tuyen Quang Province should step up propaganda and career orientation as well as coordinate with enterprises to find "outputs" to help demobilized soldiers have stable jobs.
