With the viewpoint of taking people and businesses as the center, listening to feedback and problems of people and businesses anytime, anywhere to adjust policies promptly. The Project has applied digital technology to promote and create favorable conditions for individuals, organizations and agencies to promptly and quickly reflect and recommend; at the same time, monitor the process of receiving and handling legal regulations that are contradictory, overlapping and no longer appropriate.
The implementation of the Project also contributes to accelerating the progress of receiving, handling feedback, recommendations and improving the quality of building and perfecting a unified, synchronous, public and transparent legal system. At the same time, it improves the quality of service to people, businesses and the policy response capacity of competent agencies and individuals; enhances the effectiveness of reviewing and inspecting legal documents and organizing law enforcement in the current period.
This system is also integrated with information and data in the National Database of Laws, the National Database of Population, the National Identification Application, and the National Public Service Portal to minimize social costs, shorten time, increase authenticity and improve the effectiveness of reviewing legal documents, monitoring law enforcement, and responding to policies in state management of law.
