Construction of "Happiness Bridge" in Na My Hamlet commences

TQO - On May 18, the Vietnam Youth Union of Tuyen Quang Province in collaboration with the People's Committee of Tho Binh Commune (Lam Binh District) held the ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of the "Bridge of Happiness" in Na My Hamlet. This is a work to mark the upcoming elections of deputies to the 15th National Assembly (NA) and all-level People’s Councils for 2021-2026.

The bridge is a local bridge across Phai Tang stream in Na My Hamlet. The bridge is expected to be about 9m long and 3m wide, with a total cost of VND180 million. In which, the Vietnam Volunteer Resource Information Centre supported VND60 million VND, the rest was from the local people and benefactors in the commune.

The bridge will help people in the commune travel more safely, creating favourable conditions for economic development in the locality.
