Other localities are also flooded due to heavy rains, affecting rice and crop yields. Faced with this situation, the most important issue is to build a synchronous drainage system to ensure timely drainage after each rain.

However, according to assessments of specialized agencies, the current sewer and drainage system in most localities still does not meet the requirements, is patchy, and small in size so it cannot drain water in a timely manner. As a temporary solution to limit flooding, residential groups and villages need to mobilize households, members, and union members to clear the sewer system to ensure continuous flow, contributing to limiting flooding, ensuring normal life and activities for people.
