Reality shows that developing community tourism in ethnic minority and mountainous areas has been bringing "dual benefits" to people. This type of tourism not only contributes to protecting and promoting inherent cultural values but also creates sustainable livelihoods for ethnic minorities and mountainous people to develop economically on their homeland.

In Tuyen Quang, community tourism is also being promoted with myriad activities, including: supporting for development of tourism infrastructure and technical facilities, supporting for preserving ethnic minority culture to serve tourism product development, training support, training and capacity building for ethnic minorities to participate in tourism development activities, etc.

Preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities associated with tourism development will bring dual benefits to people in ethnic minority and mountainous areas. Therefore, localities need to come up with solutions to organize and manage tourism, support capital, create conditions for linking with businesses, and improve professional qualifications for people involved in tourism, contributing to perfecting sustainable community tourism models.
