At the meeting, two sides discussed about the investment in JW Agricultural Product Processing Factory at Phuc Ung Industrial Complex in Son Duong District.

Established in 1983, headquartered in Seul (Korea), Chunghak F&C Company operates in the field of exporting agricultural and forestry products. This is the first company introduced by the Korean Ambassador to Vietnam to invest in Tuyen Quang Province.

Speaking at the event, the leader of Chunghak F&C Company expressed his wishes to invest in the project of JW Agricultural Product Processing Factory in Phuc Ung Industrial Cluster with a total capital of 3 million USD, creating direct jobs for 500 local employees.

When the project comes into operation, the company will purchase over 22 thousand tonnes of fresh vegetables and fruits as production materials, creating 12 thousand tonnes of frozen product each year. The project needs to coordinate with about 2,700 local farmers to develop the company's raw material region with a total area of over 1,000 hectares.

The province will create favorable conditions for the company to deploy the project as quickly as possible at Phuc Ung Industrial Cluster.
