Total attack

TQO - Public opinion has recently been outraged by the discovery of a series of fake foods. And even more outraged is that the person in charge of licensing the production of these food products has been helping fraudsters make fake products to deceive consumers.

Recently, authorities have continuously discovered fake milk, fake drugs, health protection foods, and poor quality cosmetics. The Ministry of Health has requested localities to launch an attack from May 15 to June 15 to prevent crimes of smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, copyright infringement, and infringement of intellectual property rights with drugs, cosmetics, and medical equipment.

Localities have stepped up inspection, control, and strict handling of the trading and business of fake drugs, smuggled drugs, and drugs of unknown origin, while tightening management of conditional business lines in the health sector.

Scientists and health sector managers are required to sign a commitment not to advertise, introduce false information, lack of scientific basis and basis, or exaggerate the features and uses of products without carefully verifying related legal documents. They must be held responsible before the law if they have fraudulent advertising behavior.

Civil servants and public employees are reminded of their responsibilities and ethics; not to take advantage of groups in the process of handling administrative procedures related to the appraisal, granting of operating licenses, and product announcements in the health sector.

The Government has just established special working groups, launching a high-profile campaign to fight and crack down on smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, goods of unknown origin, violations of copyright, intellectual property, and origin of goods.

Worried and frustrated by the widespread sale of counterfeit goods on the market, people hope and expect that this all-out attack will thoroughly eradicate violators, hoping that no one will kill themselves for money.
