Bamboo shoots stuffed with minced pork dish.
To prepare this dish, you need to choose medium sized bamboo shoots, then wash them and boil them several times to eliminate toxins. Next, you mix minced pork with eggs, laksa leaves, shiitake mushrooms, chopped green onions, a little salt and seasoning powder into a delicious mixture.
Use a spoon to pierce a hole inside the bamboo shoots, then stuff the pork mixture into the core of each bamboo shoot, and put them into a pot. Boil them for about 20-30 minutes until until fragrant. Remove to a plate to cool, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
With its own flavour, bamboo shoots stuffed with minced pork dish is added to the menu by many restaurants in Tuyen Quang Province, attracting a lot of dinners.
