The culture house of Residential Group 1, Y La ward, Tuyen Quang city is not only a place for local residents to meet but also a place for cultural, arts and sports activities. Previously, the house was only 80m2 wide, without having enough seats for people. Now, the new cultural house is 195m2, can seat up to 200 people, with sports ground and toilet facilities, making the local people delighted with their new facility.
Sports in Tan Tien commune, Yen Son district has flourished since the construction of a cultural house attached to a sports ground.
Since the culture house of Hamlet 1 Mo Nghieu, Tan Thanh commune, Ham Yen district was put into use, the local sports movement has flourished. When the hamlet started the cultural house’s construction, Mr. Le Van Tien voluntarily donated 126 m2 of land. Local people there still face many difficulties, however thanks to good communications about the benefits of this new space, each household contributed over VND1 million to construct the facility.
Every village in Tan Tien commune, Yen Son district have completed construction of their cultural houses. Resolution 03 by the provincial People's Council has received a positive high consensus among the local people. When mobilising them to contribute money and workdays to build their cultural houses, local people have responded with enthusiasm.

Cultural houses built under Resolution 03 by the provincial People's Council have brought a new face to Tuyen Quang from urban to rural areas, contributing to boost the new rural area construction movement and bring joy to the local people. The implementation of the cultural house building plan under the spirit of the resolution has manifested into targets for each year by the local concerned units and sectors. The province has over 1,700 hamlets and residential areas that have cultural houses, of which 1,281 cultural houses and sports complexes in villages and residential areas meet the standards prescribed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in association with new rural area construction criteria.
