The person who made a great contribution to bringing the watermelon and pear melon model to be widely planted in Na Dao Hamlet is the Deputy Secretary of the Party cell Ma Duc Ven. From experience in fruit business, he and his wife learned the techniques of growing watermelons and pears in communes of Tan My and Hung My. Then, he decided to convert all 3,000 m2 of rice fields to grow watermelons, pear melons.

Each crop, his family harvests from 3 tonnes to 5 tonnes of watermelons and pear melons. With the selling price of 10,000 VND per kg of melon, Ven's family also earns more than VND100 million every year.
Realizing the high economic efficiency, Ven popularised the model with other Party members in the cell. Up to now, Na Dao Hamlet has 30 out of 48 households growing pear melons and water melons.
Secretary of Na Dao Party cell Dam Van Nghia is a pioneer in the hamlet implementing the model of raising stuffed snails to sell snail eggs and commercial snails. Seeing the economic value, he also mobilised local people to raise stuffed snails. Currently, in Na Dao Hamlet, there are 8 households raising commercial stuffed snails and snail eggs.
In addition, in recent years, ginger has also grown by local people in Trung Ha strongly. The first ginger grower in Khuoi Dinh Hamlet, Trung Ha was Party member Trieu Van Giap. Initially, Giap only planted 4,000 m2 of ginger. The first year, his family harvested 2 tonnes of ginger, earning VND20 million per crop. After that, he expanded the ginger growing area to 9,000 m2. Up to now, Khuoi Dinh Hamlet has a total area of 3 hectares of ginger.
With the spirit of "dare to think, dare to do" the Party members in Trung Ha Commune have aroused the dynamism in economic development.
