II. MISSIONS:
1. Investing in upgrading infrastructure
Developing concentrated and large-scale raw material production areas: 1,360 ha of oranges (Ham Yen, Chiem Hoa); 1,500 ha of pomelo (Yen Son); 1,120 ha of tea (Son Duong, Yen Son); 20 ha of peanuts (Chiem Hoa, Lam Binh); 35 establishments raising buffaloes, dairy cows and pigs (Chiem Hoa, Yen Son, Son Duong); 20 aquaculture facilities (Na Hang, Lam Binh)
Developing wholesale markets in Luong Vuong Commune (Tuyen Quang City), 28 safe food supply chains, 15 agricultural forestry and aquatic stores
2. Effectively deploying the communication and dissemination of the law and information of the quality and safety of agro-forestry-fishery product
3. Prioritizing technical advances to improve seed quality, applying "green and clean" production technologies in the direction of organic, ecological, and circular agriculture.
Organizing 40 training courses, providing technical guidance for people and businesses on conditions, control, quality assurance and food safety.
4. Developing the market of safe agro-forestry-fishery products: organizing 2-3 working groups to promote trade, look for markets to consume products.
5. Strengthening capacity to enforce policies and laws, ensuring food safety, improving the quality of agriculture, forestry and fishery
III. SOLUTIONS:
1. Completing mechanisms and policies; integrating the task of upgrading infrastructure to meet the requirements for safe and quality agro-forestry-fishery production into plans, schemes and programs to restructure the agricultural sector and construct new rural areas during 2021-2025 period
2. Coordinating and mobilizing state and social resources in ensuring the quality and safety of agro-forestry-fishery food
3. Innovating training and transferring science, technology, management science to ensure food safety as well as improving the quality of agriculture, forestry and fishery
4. Strengthening timely and accurate information and communication on food quality and safety, creating trust for consumers and improving the reputation of Vietnamese agricultural products
5. Promoting the application of scientific and technological advances, digital transformation in quality management, food safety, traceability
6. Promoting administrative reform, standardizing professional processes according to international standards, regulations and practices
7. Strengthening international cooperation, attracting resources and experience in ensuring quality and food safety and promoting the export of agricultural, forestry and fishery products
