The DT06 arterial road through Binh Nhan Commune is in the process of being completed.

Binh Nhan Commune has 2 traffic routes, including the arterial road DT06 connecting National Highway 2C. Previously, people mainly traveled and traded by waterway. However, the waterway has stopped working for many years because of the dryness of the Gam River. Therefore, the commune has proactively implemented road transport infrastructure development projects.

The arterial road passing through the commune adjacent to Vinh Quang Commune is concreted with more than 8.5 km long. The route connecting National Highway 2C with the Mint Department of the Ministry of Finance in Dong Tam Hamlet and the commune centre has also been upgraded with a total length of 4.7km. In particular, major projects such as the construction of Chinh bridge connecting National Highway 2C to Chiem Hoa District and Ngoi Cham bridge connecting Kien Thiet and Trung Truc communes (Yen Son) have been constructed.

The upgrade of traffic routes in the commune has created favorable conditions for local people to trade and promote socio-economic development. A number of livestock farms combined with afforestation and fruit trees have been formed in the commune. Currently, the commune has over 1,854 hectares of forests and over 135 hectares of fruit trees.
