 - From 7am: Reception for delegates and opening ceremony of the race.

- From 8am: Organise contents of the race and awards ceremony.

The Na Hang District Open Mountain Bike Race is part of activities in response to the Thanh Tuyen (Tuyen Quang city) Festival and the National Intangible Cultural Heritage Demonstration Festival 2019, while seeking to accelerate the exploitation of the district’s potential for tourism and service development.
