The goal of the project is to apply the technology of the fourth industrial revolution to develop a smart tourism ecosystem in Vietnam, meeting the demands of tourists in the digital 4.0.

Currently, in the localities of Tuyen Quang, the application of information technology in the tourism industry has also been paid attention and achieved many positive results.

In order to develop smart tourism, besides building flexible and appropriate management mechanisms and policies, creating a favorable environment for technology application and innovation in the field of tourism is need to be concerned.

Localities need to focus on building a smart tourism ecosystem such as: supporting tourists, state management of tourism, smart destination management, smart business management; building an integration platform, sharing data, ensuring the connection and sharing of digital data of the tourism industry among agencies and units throughout the country, etc.
