This is the content of the Government's key administrative procedure reform plan for the last 6 months of 2023.

The objective of the Plan is to speed up the process of amending and supplementing legal documents to implement the plan of reform, reduction and simplification of regulations related to business activities and administrative procedures, citizenship papers, so that the reform options will soon come to life, serving people and businesses.

At the same time, it aims to raise the sense of responsibility of ministries, agencies, localities and each cadre and civil servant in serving people and businesses; enhance the effectiveness of policy responses through timely review and adjustment of administrative regulations and procedures, and immediately overcome shortcomings, limitations and weaknesses in the performance of official duties; improve the quality of administrative procedures for people and businesses of cadres, civil servants and public employees of ministries, branches and localities.

It is expected that the overlapping and inappropriate administrative procedures will be reviewed, amended and supplemented in a timely manner and quickly come to life.
