In order for the activities of the CNSCĐ Team to continue to contribute to local digital transformation tasks, the Ministry of Information and Communications has just issued a document requesting the People's Committees of provinces and cities to continue to pay attention and direct in order to maintain, promote the effectiveness and promote the activities of the CNSCĐ Team.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Information and Communications requested the provincial People's Committees to direct the Department of Information and Communications to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to deploy the campaign "Going to every alley, knocking on every door, guiding each person to use services and applications to develop the digital economy". The campaign will take place over 10 days (from October 1-10, 2024).

The CNSCĐ Teams will plan to deploy in the locality, to residential areas, to select and guide people to use practical services and applications to develop the digital economy such as: Instructions on using online public services; Instructions on cashless payments; Instructions on buying and selling on Vietnamese e-commerce platforms; Protecting yourself and your family online; Searching for information effectively on the Internet; Other content according to the orientation and direction of local authorities and using Vietnamese digital platforms selected by the locality.

Local agencies and units propose and deploy digital transformation models in villages, hamlets, residential groups, and residential clusters associated with 05 basic digital skills. Digital technology enterprises, agencies, and social organizations in the province actively send focal officers proficient in digital skills to participate in the activities of the CNSCĐ Teams; There is a preferential policy on prices of digital products and services for members of the CNSCĐ Group to support and facilitate the activities of the CNSCĐ Group.

The implementation and effective promotion of the Community Digital Technology Group will contribute to strongly promoting digital transformation at the grassroots level, thereby spreading and bringing digital technology to every corner of life, promoting digital transformation throughout society.
