By September 30, 2024, Tuyen Quang province had 73 out of 121 communes completing 19 out of 19 criteria for new rural communes, of which 71 communes had decisions to recognize them as meeting the standards.

By the end of 2024, the province strives to have 18 more communes meeting new rural, advanced new rural, and model new rural standards, of which 11 communes meet new rural standards, 5 communes meet advanced new rural standards, and 2 communes meet model new rural standards.

To achieve the set goals, we need to implement synchronous solutions, in which the important factor starts with people. Because people are both the subject of building new rural areas and the beneficiaries of the achievements of new rural areas.

However, to build new factor, first of all, the entire political system needs to engage in propaganda, so that each person needs to clearly perceive the role of the subject in building the new countryside. That role is demonstrated in promoting the right to mastery through the motto: People know, people discuss, people inspect, people supervise and people benefit.

Along with firmly grasping and deeply understanding their rights, obligations and responsibilities in building the new countryside, there is a need for new people. These are people who change their mindset from small-scale production, self-sufficiency to commodity production. At the same time, they dare to step out of the safe zone, dare to take responsibility for the things they advise, propose and implement.

The destination of the new countryside is still ahead, so more than ever, it is necessary to have new people, with new thinking, new lifestyles to build the new rural environment as the set goal.
