Officials of the Department of Information and Communications organize IT training in Tuyen Quang city.

The goal is that by 2025, 100% of leaders, civil servants, public employees and workers in state agencies; State-owned enterprises are annually trained, nurtured, coached, and updated with knowledge on digital transformation, digital skills, and digital technology; 100% of officers in charge of digital transformation and information technology are annually trained, fostered and trained on digital transformation.

By 2030, at least 90% of working-age people will know about online public services and other essential digital services in the fields of health, education, transportation, tourism, bank, etc.

As soon as the digital transformation process is implemented in the province, the Department of Information and Communications determined to focus on promoting propaganda, education, and training to raise awareness, change habits, and create awareness and ensure the participation of the entire political system, people, and businesses in implementing digital transformation, especially in using smart means to interact with the government and citizen.

The Department has coordinated with departments, branches and localities to organize conferences and working programs on digital transformation; Training on building e-government, digital transformation, and deploying online public services at levels 3 and 4 for staff of modern one-stop shops and one-stop shops at district and commune levels.

Propaganda work on digital transformation is promoted by agencies, units, districts and cities through many forms.
